Tips and Advices for Torghast, Tower of the Damned.
December 08 2020
One of the new additions to Shadowlands is Torghast, the Tower of the Damned, a special dungeon with a huge number of blocks, floors, effects, puzzles, traps and enemies. When passing the Tower of the Damned, players receive Soul Ash – the currency needed to create legendary items. Layers 4-6 are opening next week, and given the fact that some players are complaining about the current difficulty of Torgast, we decided to prepare some basic tips that should help you successfully complete the Tower of the Damned.
If you find it difficult to go through Torgast alone, then try the game in a group. Advantages of a group Torgast:
Passing Torgast, you can meet souls chained or locked in cages. Free them to receive the Soul Remnant’s Blessing, which will increase your primary stat by 1%. If you spend a little time exploring the tower and free up most of the souls, you can easily increase your main stat by about 15%, which is a pretty strong boost.
On the 3rd and 6th floors, you can find a broker who sells Anima Powers and various items for Phantasma. If it is surrounded by a blue dome, then you can change talents and equipment near it. This is especially useful on the 6th floor, when the final boss is ahead of you and you can focus on damage on one target.
Ve’nari sells a number of account-wide power-ups for Torghast for Stygia. They will not greatly facilitate the passage of the Tower, but they will slightly reduce the random component of your races.
List of the most useful items:
Beginning at layer 3, elite / rare enemies and bosses receive the effect ofUnnatural Power, which is a “damage check”. Approximately every 10 seconds, the enemy entering the battle will receive one additional effect, increasing damage and movement speed by 10%. Having accumulated 10 of these effects, the enemy gains immunity to control effects. Therefore, try to use your most powerful abilities in battle against such monsters, and also do not forget about various consumables, such as Drums of Deathly Ferocity
